Account Executive

We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for client management and customer service to join us as an Account Manager in our Austin, Texas office.

Major Responsibilities

Responsible for generating leads, appointments, and sales from local businesses.

Performs full-life cycle sales, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, proposal creation, and closing. Meets or exceeds assigned sales quota. Educates customer-base and prospects on new products & features, performs needs analysis. Performs value-added selling to multiple decision-makers.

Performs account maintenance and management activities. Provides responsive customer service and attention to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education)

Four year college degree preferred; 2-3 years experience; experience in selling to small and medium businesses; excellent presentation skills; outstanding relationship building skills with strong customer service follow-up and follow-through. Strong organizational skills; excellent account's management/development skills; ability to set priorities and handle many tasks simultaneously; must be able to demonstrate implementation of integrity through our corporate culture; team player with ability to effectively utilize a PC and related software applications.
