So if you will write us a check for your service call and give it to the technician when he leaves, we will discount that service call 10%. Every little bit helps, right? Network Services: Communications Plus is an authorized SBC agent. What this means to you is that if you are already using SBC or if you want to switch back to SBC, we can do it all for you so you only have one number to call. We can order new lines, delete or change lines for you, or call in trouble or repair reports so you donít ever have to contact SBC. Let us do all the dirty work. Training: We believe that if you donít know how to use something, chances are pretty good that you arenít going to like it. We want all of our customers to like their telephone and voice mail systems, that is why we provide extensive training when we install a new system for you. We will customize our training to fit your needs, but generally provide group training for all of your employees. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible with the system and our service so that you can refer all your friends to us.

If you have a system that we service already installed, and would like additional training for new employees or would just like follow-up training, please call us. We provide free training as long as your system is under warranty or maintenance agreement. If not, check out our reasonable training fees. Remember, a properly trained user is a happy user.
