For most customers, the quality of a cabling job is difficult to determine. After
all, most of the cabling is hidden in walls and ceilings. However, properly installed
cabling will give you many years of excellent service. Cabling that is improperly
installed, twisted, kinked, or laid too close to electrical equipment may work for
a while, but can eventually cause serious problems with voice or data transmission,
particularly as the speed of transmission continues to increase.

on the different services offered.
Consulting
Our experienced team will be happy to discuss your telecommunications needs in order
to help you determine what is best for your company. Our main objective is customer
service; so let us be your Telecommunications consultants, with no obligation to
purchase anything. If you would like to speak with someone about your existing system,
new system, or just have questions, please contact us. We promise not to call you
at home during dinner.
Training
We believe that if you don't know how to use something, chances are pretty good
that you aren't going to like it. We want all of our customers to like their telephone
and voice mail systems, that is why we provide extensive training when we install
a new system for you. We will customize our training to fit your needs, but generally
provide group training for all of your employees. We want you to feel as comfortable
as possible with the system and our service so that you can refer all your friends
to us.
If you have a system that we service already installed, and would like additional
training for new employees or would just like follow-up training, please call us.
We provide free training as long as your system is under warranty or maintenance
agreement. If not, check out our reasonable training fees. Remember, a properly
trained user is a happy user.
