We
know that small businesses need all
the breaks they can get. Sometimes big businesses
too. So if you will write us a check for
your service call and give it to the technician
when he leaves, we will discount that service
call 10%. Every little bit helps, right?
Just be sure to ask for our COD discount.
Service labor hourly rates for moves, add-ons and changes*:

*Note: A one-time “trip charge” of $20 per service call will be added to the above labor rates, excepting RMATS, for customers within a fifty mile radius. Training:
We
believe that if you don't know how
to use something, chances are pretty good
that you aren't going to like it. We
want all of our customers to like their
telephone and voice mail systems, that
is why we provide extensive training
when we install a new system for you.
We will customize our training to fit
your needs, but generally provide group
training for all of your employees.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible
with the system and our service so
that you can refer all your friends to us.
If you have a system that we service
already installed, and would like additional
training for new employees or would just
like follow-up training, please call
us. We provide free training as long
as your system is under warranty or maintenance
agreement. If not, check out our reasonable
training fees. Remember, a properly trained
user is a happy user.
